I first contacted Netpark with a seemingly impossible task.

We were exhibiting and providing a seminar at an International Conference on Airport Infrastructure. With some 3 weeks to go before the exhibition, it was decided that our existing single page web site at a .co.uk address would be inadequate.

Enter Netpark.

A new .com domain was set up on new facilities in the U.S; our old .uk was repointed to the same .com address.

A multi-paged website was created from scratch, tested and uploaded. Our existing e-mail addresses were reflagged from the site, thus allowing us to keep our existing e-mails but allowing us the option of re-aligning them at a later date.

This was achieved with the pace and style of a truly professional company and at all stages the various options were explained in easy-to-understand English rather than jargon.

The website came online within two weeks, thus allowing it to benefit from an extensive mailshot which had been sent out 3 weeks before the exhibition to potential exhibition attendees. The web site received some 1000+ hits before the Exhibition.

During the exhibition the PowerPoint presentation was added as a downloadable file. This worked very well as attendees who visited our stand were very willing to visit a web site for further information which included a download of our brochure and sample software.

A week after the exhibition the site has received over 2000 hits and the reply page continues to generate e-mail responses from potential new clients.

I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Netpark, who have turned a rather limp web site into a major sales support tool for our business in almost impossible timescales.
